Charles Randklev is a Keller resident, husband, and father of three who believes leadership starts with service. A graduate of Carroll High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army after graduation and served six years on active duty, including overseas deployments.
Using the G.I. Bill and Hazlewood Act, Charles earned his bachelor’s degree and PhD in Biology. He now works for Texas A&M, partnering with state and federal agencies and private landowners across Texas to support long-term planning, responsible stewardship, and practical, data-driven decision-making.
He proudly served on the Keller ISD Board of Trustees, focusing on families, educational programming, teachers, and taxpayers.
Charles and his wife are high school sweethearts who met their junior year and are proud to be raising three amazing kids in Keller. As Christ followers, faith is central to their family, and they attend Keystone Church together.
